• Serve as a primary point of contact for Fortune 500 clients and other prominent national brands
• Nurture existing relationships and foster new ones
• Build client relationships through regular, proactive, and value-added communication
• Establish a consultative relationship with clients and develop an in-depth understanding of clients' business and objectives, and work together to develop strategies to support those goals
• Coordinate the end-to-end project lifecycle as client liaison, including budgeting, scheduling, marketing strategy, creative briefs, resource allocation, and delivery of proposals and final work
• Develop best-in-class marketing solutions for clients based on their goals and objectives
• Provide critical thinking and creative problem solving in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate across all agency teams to help articulate, visualize and realize concepts that achieve clients’ marketing goals and company objectives
• Support internal initiatives as needed to keep our agency vibrant and fuel its growth
• Challenge yourself to deliver consistent, outstanding work on a daily basis

• 7+ years relevant professional experience
• Not less than a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (i.e. marketing, advertising, communications, business, English or related)
• Smart, enthusiastic, motivated team player with great people skills
• Ability to thrive independently and as a team member in a creative, friendly and fast-paced environment
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Out-of-the-box thinker with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
• B2B agency experience is a plus
