Terms & Conditions
This limited-time promotional offer (“Offer”) is provided by Lydon & Associates, LLC (“Lydon”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions. By participating in the Offer, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Eligibility – The Offer is valid only for new, net-new assignments. It may not be applied to: any active project, existing Statement of Work (SOW), or in-progress scope of work; extensions, renewals, or amendments of existing contracts; retainers or ongoing service agreements currently in effect. Offer is available to both existing and new clients, provided the work qualifies as new and has not yet been scoped, initiated or invoiced by Lydon.
- Offer Period – Offer is available for engagements initiated between September 15 and December 1, 2025. To qualify: a consultation must be completed within the offer window; a qualifying SOW must be signed by December 1, 2025.
- Offer Benefits – Each eligible engagement includes: a complimentary 30-minute consultation to assess needs and define scope; a guaranteed three-week turnaround for defined deliverables, commencing from project start (unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by Lydon and Client during consultation, and not including any out of scope work that may arise during course of project); a 50% discount on services up to a maximum value of $10,000 off the total SOW price (example: if total scope is $10,000 the final invoice will reflect a $5,000 charge after discount; if total scope is $20,000 the final invoice will reflect a $10,000 charge after discount; if total scope is $24,000 the final invoice will reflect a $14,000 charge after discount).
- Statement of Work & Scope – All services under this Offer must be documented in a mutually agreed-upon SOW issued by Lydon. The SOW will: define project objectives, scope, pricing, deliverables and timelines; reflect Lydon’s standard blended rate for all services rendered; be subject to terms stated within the SOW and standard legal and operational terms associated with Lydon client engagements.
- Commencement of Work – Work will not begin until: a fully executed SOW is on file; all necessary assets, content, access and client approvals are provided; any required legal, compliance or procurement processes are satisfied.
- Customization & Sample Bundles – Any deliverable “bundles” or service packages referenced on promotional or informational materials are for illustrative purposes only. Clients may select from sample bundles or co-develop a custom scope during the consultation. All final deliverables will be mutually agreed upon and confirmed in the SOW.
- No Obligation to Purchase – Completion of a consultation does not obligate the Client to purchase services or proceed with an SOW. Likewise, Lydon reserves the right to decline projects that fall outside the scope or timing requirements of this Offer.
- Exclusions – Offer does not include: travel or out-of-pocket expenses; printing or third-party production costs; ongoing campaign support or retainer services beyond the three-week delivery window; subcontracted or white-labeled services performed on behalf of a third-party agency.
- Modifications & Limitations – Lydon reserves the right to: modify, withdraw or extend the Offer at any time; limit the number of accepted Offer engagements based on available capacity; decline work that cannot be completed within the standard three-week timeline or that falls outside the agency’s core capabilities.
- Governing Law – This Offer and any related agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
