Since Generative AI (Gen AI) hit the scene for broad adoption and public use in early 2023—and even for many years prior—Lydon & Associates has been on the forefront of investigating, testing and thinking about the application of this technology in developing marketing strategy and crafting creative deliverables in a commercial capacity. We don't know where the future will take us, but we are proud to be able to lead the conversation and provide actionable insights to clients and industry peers as a direct result of our curiosity and investment in this new frontier. WHAT WE WON'T DO WITH GEN AI

Deliver raw Gen AI output as agency product (as image, video, copy, audio, voiceover, etc.)

Present any raw Gen AI output as proprietary human-made creative, research, thought leadership or intellectual property

Attempt to mislead or manipulate any audience through the incorporation of Gen AI elements into our creative work our our clients' marketing efforts

Utilize creative that incorporates Gen AI without a client's knowledge (including third-party assets from stock or other vendors)

Put Gen AI over humans in pursuit of profit or other personal gain, including replacing marketing and creative experts with Gen AI tools

Do anything with Gen AI that could lead to backlash for our clients or the brands with which we've been entrusted
