Lydon & Associates (“Lydon”) is committed to protecting users’ privacy. This privacy policy applies to the Lydon website(s) that link to this notice.
Some of our clients provide Lydon (and affiliates, including third-party contractors, when applicable) personally identifiable information about their customers so we can perform various services such as online campaign analysis. In addition, as part of our services, we may collect information about user interaction with client websites and provide that information along with our analysis to the client. All of this information belongs to the client and, as their customer, you should review the privacy policies of the sites you visit. Lydon makes no other use of this personally identifiable information.
Lydon and its affiliates may use cookie and web beacon technology for planning, serving, analyzing, and managing online campaigns on behalf of our clients and their customers. Lydon and its affiliates may use Google Analytics to analyze web traffic and usage patterns on our own website or websites we administer on behalf of clients. This process does not collect individually identifiable information and we do not disclose information collected on behalf of a client with any other parties. Lydon website(s) provide users with information about products and services, as well as company contact information. We do not collect personal information unless you provide it to us for items such as newsletter subscriptions should they exist or become available. We will express our need for personal information at the point of collection and will not collect more personal information than is needed to execute your request.
Personal information is any information that can be used to identify an individual, and may include, but is not limited to, name, email address, postal or other physical address, telephone number and other information required to provide a service, deliver a product, or carry out a transaction you have requested. When we conduct email campaigns for our clients, we typically use affiliate email service providers. If we handle email addresses in conjunction with an online campaign, we rely on the email service provider or the client’s own cookie or web beacon technology to do so. Our affiliate email service providers are all screened to comply with applicable CAN-SPAM laws. Client mail lists are the property of the client and neither Lydon nor its affiliates stores or uses these lists for any other purposes.

We may collect Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, and track user’s movement in the aggregate. The other information we collect through Lydon website(s) is contact information you choose to provide as a consumer, client or partner, when you complete a form to request more information about our company, products or services. We may also use Google Analytics for additional traffic and usage monitoring.

We have security policies and procedures to protect information in our possession from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. While no data transfer can be completely secure, we make all reasonable efforts to secure all data that is transferred, stored or processed.
In the case of the Lydon FileXchange (FTP) or other Lydon website(s) that facilitate file transfer and user data collection, we utilize secure file transfer methods. All technology solutions of this nature are used for the sole purpose of assisting clients, vendors and affiliated third parties with the transfer of only necessary data to facilitate business operations. Once transferred and secured between parties, data is routinely purged from remote access storage to prevent unwanted or unnecessary access.
7) What are my choices? How do I opt-out of the web site-specific mailing lists and services?
After opting-in, you may choose to opt-out from any mailing lists that you have subscribed to, at any time. Lydon website(s) may use cookies and web beacons. Cookies are tiny packets of information, usually less than one kilobyte, stored in the temporary files on your hard drive, and used by websites to recognize a computer they have encountered before. A web beacon is a clear gif not visible to the user, which collects certain anonymous information about your visit to our website(s). We may use a combination of cookies and web beacons for planning, analyzing and managing our web site(s). These tracking technologies collect anonymous data about users who interact with our websites to help us provide a better user experience through the use of statistics and measurements of user satisfaction. Blog postings may include articles, press releases and research conducted by Lydon or its affiliates.
